Just have good credit to the OP, you can get lots of buying power with a good credit score. I make close to 45k a year, maybe a little more. Have a 1 bedroom apartment, a wife, her car payment, my car payment. And i have a hatch that would run 11's, would run 10's if i rebuild the motor ever...just save your money, and budget!!!
Nice Houses down here in alabama (3bed 2 bath) are starting around 120k+ reaching close to 500k too for the same house...different location (5 miles apart )

Haha. I joined the military because I felt college wasn't for me. After I return from my deployment, I'm getting my S2K, and I already spoke to a few connections and I have parts lined up. Military life ain't too bad.

oh christ, lets not get into that debate. the 2 things that shouldnt be discussed in here (especially with you head-butters)... religion & politics
so in the end... steps you need to take to be able to afford an s2000
1. have a good job w/ steady income
2. have a good traffic record (unless you can afford to spend extra money on insurance)
3. have good credit if you're going to be getting a loan

If you want to talk about politics (or religion, for that matter), feel free to do so - respectfully, I hope - but in the General Discussion and Debate forum. This forum (the S2000 forum) is primarily for technical discussions, and the subject of this topic is affording the S2000, not politics. So please keep to that subject. Thank you.

Yes sir, captain sir. Anyways, use step 5. I discovered that about a year ago and finally gave in. It works wonders. You only live once (****--I think that's a religious statement).

He didn't say anything was wrong with this thread. He is encouraging new topics in the GDD forum, and letting Chris know we do have a place for other types of discussion.
