New Setup: 546/336 @ 20psi Vs. Old log setup on 20lbs

So all in all:
The new manifold made 546/old manifold 468 thats 78hp more than the log made at the same psi. (20) not to mention the tq difference and spool time.
this manifold made exactly 20hp per psi of boost as you can see on the 16vs20psi graph.

- 1.15 @ 4500 2.1 lbs / .68 3.5 lbs 10hp more w/eltm
- 1.15 @ 5500 6lbs / .68 9lbs 50 " "

- 1.15 @ 6500 15lbs / .68 17lbs 100 " "
w00t. new setup, solid line vs old setup

haha i understand. Thats why i live over an hour away from acura. This size townhouse downthere cost about 4x the amount and the same sqft! Work In MD, live in WV.
I just talked with Pang @ Pfab and he is shipping out the manifold on monday! Im not sure what the next purchase will be, more than likely w/g and bov but who knows!
ill be updating this thread as time goes on. I was going to take some pictures of IC mounting so people could see how to mount one by cutting the frame and still use the bumper support. but eh wifey wasent around to take the pics. Oh well.

do people really want to see an oil pan? lol..
it was a pita with hand tools, taking the ac compressor off. i didnt realize the ac comp bracket was attached to the oil pan and to get the bracket off u need to move the ac comp out of the way.
now finding someone that can weld aluminum..hmm

You goals seem very feasible. You are going to need 1000 or 1200cc injectors though. Those 880's are not going to cut it.
I would also like to note your goals are very achievable with a T3 based turbo. I would recommend making the switch for better spool time. Not sure if you have worked with the T4/67 before but it's way more turbo then you need with your outlined goals and motor setup.

yes, .002" but only where the timing chain housing is. not on the head gasket sealing surface.
basicially i wanted to play it safe and have a good surface for the headgasket to apply to.
and yes its a big turbo, basicially whenever this engine dies, im going to rebuilid for 700+ and im not going to backtrack and buy a bigger turbo. this one will suffice just fine and yes i have had experience with t4/t67's.
and i put in 880's as a rough estimate and have not calculated BSFC yet.
The turbo manifold got shipped out today..awaiting oil line's from fast-turbo and the new tial q bov from b18bturbo

Re: (tech7427)
Today, while doing a power steering hose recall at work, i got called to the cashiers office, thinking i missed a punch time for warranty work, come to find out i received a package..
yes, before you ask, i am a blu-ray *****, and i love playing rock band
only hand tightened bolts to clock the turbo for oil drain angle. will have to remove anyway to fit in downpipe im pretty sure..
