Because I'd have to drive two hours to a dealership that has one!

It troubles me that common sense didn't tell you that I don't have an s2000 at my disposal. I would assume that would be obvious.

I would explain the obvious answer to you, but I think it's clear that you were just looking for a chance to flex your internet attitude. ...oh yeah, you should eat!

The fatass on the far right is me. I'm 5'11 3/4", 260-270lbs, and although it's a little tight for me at times(depends on what I'm wearing), I think I still fit just fine. Test it for yourself, but I think if you like the car enough, you'll find a way to make it work...I did!

I'm 6'5 and I drove my boys 2002 Silver stone S2k and I fit , but I wouldnt want to drive it all the time. I had it for about 2 hours, drove it all over the place.

Re: Am I too tall for an S2000? (Dstretch33)
I'm thinking about getting one, Im pretty much sold on it. just haven't found the right deal. Its going to be my Daily so im a little worried about the steering not being adjustable. it makes me have to keep bolth my legs straight, my legs are REALLY BIG. BTW im 6'1 1/2 , 225 lbs. I feel good its definitely got more headroom than my Teg. Just a little worried about the leg space.
You wont have any problems buddy as long as you dont mind small cars, personally i love the way small cars drive

I'm 6'6" and i find the s2000 about as good as any other smaller car.
I've fitted buddy club fixed bucket seats on super low rails and it's made it much, much better than the stock seats. I thoroughly recommend this mod to anyone who's 6' +

If you feel you might be too tall for an S2000, you may want look into either the Backyard Special rails that drop the OEM seats down 20mm or replacing the seat with a fixed bucket.

Re: Am I too tall for an S2000?
The s2k seat was not design the same way as your typical 2dr coupe, the seat is actually lower and your legs are actually straighten out. So truthfully it depends and what makes you tall, is it your lower body or your upper body. I've seen tall people fit inside the s2k but there is minmum head room and the way you enter/exit the vehicle might be a little ackward. Its a fun roadster, I suggest you make the visit to the nearest dealership, even if its out of your way. How else will you know.

Re: Am I too tall for an S2000?
im 6'1" and about 300lbs.... i fit, but there is some fitment issues.
stock seats i fit ok but cant fit top up with a helmet
lowered stock seat i can fit with the helmet but it rubs slightly when i turn my head and its more of an annoyance
aftermarket bucket on buddy club super low down rails i fit similer to the lowered stock seat
aftermarket bucket with cusions removed on buddy club super low down rails i fit perfect with hemet on and a stupid big windshield banner from the time attack series i run. although i have to duck to see the street lights.
i planning to make a bracket and hard mount my seat to the floor which should give me another inch as well as make a slimmer butt cushion because my seats cushion is like 3" thick
only gripe is that the wheel sits fairly low and there really is no good way to raise the steering wheel any. gonna force me to go aftermarket which i really didnt want to do

Re: Am I too tall for an S2000?
6 foot here and i fit comfortably. only thing is the window visors cover up too much of the windshield when i use them and make it hard to see out the front. but besides that, its great
