its Official, the 8th Annual Spugen/ Partshelper BBQ will be held Saturday December 5th 2009.
Time: 10am - 4PM
Location : BDL Industries BLOCK
1967 N. Main St.
Orange, Ca 92865

We will have lots of Sponsors, Vendor Booths, Raffle, and best of all FOOD FOOD FOOD. There will be alot of Company cars out at the event as well, please reserve early, as spots will fill up quickly. We will have a list for 150 cars and the rest of the cars will go on the waiting list. This year will be a little different, Since we had alot of signups that didnt show up in previous years, and we have a limited number of spots, we will REQUIRE a deposit for each Car that will be on attendance. Your spot will not be locked in until your deposit is received. When making payment make sure you include your Name/S2ki User Name
We do Require a Deposit to Hold the Spot, If someone on the waiting list puts down the deposit, the last person on the list that has not left the deposit will be bumped down to the waiting list. Need to make the deposits to see how much food is needed.. Thanks

I'm sure many of you have heard of our Wonderful raffles, where everyone gets to take something home. Raffle Tickets are $1.00 each, no limit as to how many you can get. we will also have alot of give aways that we will be throwing out.
You can also send payment for your raffle tickets Via Paypal, just state how many raffle tickets you are buying.
Event Shirts : SHIRT DESIGN WILL BE ANNOUNCED SOON
Shirts are $15 for the Event Shirts Get 2 for $25
Sizes will be s-XXL (Adult Sizes)
Please state your size when you place the order. all payments can go paypal to events@partshelper.com
Shirts will be given to you at the BBQ upon Signin, we will have a list with all the names that have paid for shirts. There will be a few shirts available at the BBQ, but only a handful.
Featured Vehicle Section: We will have a special area where we will feature some of the featured Vehicles, ie.. Vendor Cars, Heavily Modified Cars.
New Product Area: Where Vendors will be allowed to show off their newest released products for the season.
