Just grabbed my 01 S on July 3rd with 4,900 miles. Loving every bit of it so far. Came from 3 VW's and an 89 Acura Legend LSV6 before that (172k+ miles and still ran beautifully). I have attended two autocrosses with it so far and I'm planning on Pocono's HPDE at the end of this month.
Waiting until spring for suspension (KW V3's or Bilstein PSS9's) and hopefully pick up Ap2 wheels for daily driving and get some R-comps for the ap1 wheels.
So far I have the Rick's black leather center console cover and Bosch Icon "aero" wiper blades. I'm still on non-synthetic Castrol GTX 10w30 for a few more thousand miles and I just replaced the 6 year old original Honda battery with an Interstate group 51.
The first day I got it I put 70 miles on it
Rick's center console

Nice find. and you're on the right track with the coilovers.

New to the family
ITR & now an S2K owner
All i can say is the difference between the two cars is the pimp factor, and the obvious trunk space
Picture is kind of blurry

OK, This is my first post on honda-tech. I had a 89 nissan 180sx with a bunch of modds made 325 wheel at 22pounds on a dyno dynamics. sold it to get a s2000!!! I have a 00' black s2000 with 110.000 thousand miles. (hey someone drove mine) ive had it for 2 months and in that time i have managed to make my custom turbo kit and then blow it up on 6 pounds. O well i just got a personal loan to build the engine and should have it back on the road in around 2 more months. i will post some pics up and maybe make a build thread. let me know what u think

Proud New Owner
I live in S. California and Drove down to Scottsdale Arizona to pick up my first S2k yesterday. Completely stock 2004 GPW/tan w/ 47k Miles. Female 52 yr old driver w/ all maintenance records from day 1. Picked her up for $19,000 which was a bargain compared to others which were GPW and 2004 with that type of mileage.
It was well worth the 14hr, 900 mile trip there and back. Finally have the car that I've wanted for a very long time. I only wanted GPW and would not settle for any other color. I would have liked to have a all black interior but I'm not rich to buy such a late model car.
Finally joining the s2k club and owning the car of my dreams!
