Re: **S2Kitt Update Page** Hellafunctional
I'd have stuck with the original wheel setup.
Looks to me like you're going down the non-hellafunctional road shortly. Just an observation.

Re: **S2Kitt Update Page** Hellafunctional
Its been about a year since I last posted on here. Alot has changed. Bought a new house, had a baby, and started building a new motor for the S alnong with other things.
Well I made a deal and traded my hardtop and my old 5Zigen FN01R-C's for a nearly Brand New set of CCW LM5's
I am super excited about these wheels
18x11 +51 245/35/18
18x12 +51 285/30/18
Picked up a spare block from Cory July 4th
Completely stripped the block Friday up at the shop, unfortunately the walls on cylinders 2 & 3 are grooved pretty bad, and the bearing on #3 was almost completely gone. So instead of just using Mahle FRM pistons an the OE sleeves looks like I'm going to have to sleeve the block.
Do to my "Promotion to DADDY" this build will be extremely slow an take forever but thats kinda a good thing to ensure its done right.
But the Bottom End will consist of:
L.A. Sleeves
88mm 10.1 CP Pistons
InlinePro Rods
ACL Bearings
ARP Head Studs
Raw F20C Short Block
Necked *** F20C Block
L.A. Sleeves and CP Pistons Purchased
InlinePro Rods w/ ARP hardware Purchased
Did a little test fit with my new ShineAuto over fenders. They fit decently, but definitely going to have someone who know what they are doing install them. Plus with a baby in the picture I dont have any spare time after work.

Re: **S2Kitt Update Page** Hellafunctional
Update: 6/2/14
I got an update from Shawn that the sleeves are in and my block was ready for assembly. Picked it up from VA Speed this weekend. I know its just along ways away from being done but I'm stoked that my motor is progressing. Can't wait till she's done. I'm dying to drive my S again and go to stupid lil meets an just be apart of the car scene again.
