how many wheel choices do we have for the ruckus? what wheel is this?

Not many, that wheel looks to be custom. Aside from the JDM Dio wheels, you have a few choices like the Daytona solid and draglite looking wheels. It may be a common wheel in Japan, but I haven't seen any of the US distributors carrying a wheel that looks like the one in the pic.
