Is this Ruckus worth it?
 

Alright guys, finally got a hold of this guy. Sadly, it is still probably the best local Ruckus I have seen. Almost all of them look way worse than the photos on the ad. So here are some photos I took.

Current price $2,700.

2007 Ruckus (Claimed 2014 because the motor was 'brand new')

Pros:
Stretched
Lowered
GY6 swap
RGS front Shocks
Front disc swap
LED headlights
12" front tire
LED integrated front turn signals
LED tail lights and turn signals
UNI Filter
12" Rear tire
Stretched fatty tire
Center Rear shock

Cons:
Paint is rough and plastidipped over, starting to peel
Stickers
No speedo
No tach
No odometer
No Fuel gauge
No kick starter
Floor plastic is rough
No muffler
Needs jetting (Idle is low when warming up and runs lean with filter)
Rear shock welding is iffy (booger welds)
Electric fuel pump (? Questionable brand possibly?)
Wiring is not tidy
Zip ties are profound

I would want gauges to say the least. Also looking at peds and the missing plastics. Definitely needs to be rejetted and probably a spark plug. Needs a muffler because it sounds awful without it. Rear disc or at least an upgraded pad is a must for me, it is far too weak/poorly adjusted. The wiring needs to be addressed and cleaned up.

What would you guys pay for this Ruck? I think it definitely has potential to clean up nice and it has a few really nice things already done to it.

Hope you guys can help me out on the price. The guy has no idea what he has so he is no help. I know there is a lot of stuff I would want done to it before I start riding it regularly. Thanks.

Sounds like maybe there's a bit too much to be done to command that price. I'd try to work him down a little and feel it out.
