Ruckus Unusual Sound when running
 

I have a 2003 Ruckus that I just put a 2005 NPS50 motor into with only 600 miles. Runs great but makes a clicking sound like the starter keeps sparking even when running. Is this normal? The old engine had many problems but didn't make this sound so I'm not sure if it is suppose to. Please help.
