Ruckus troubleshooting help

Ruckus troubleshooting help
My ruckus won't stay running. The idle speed varies and then it stalls.
I have checked the fuel and air filters, valve clearances, put in a new spark plug, checked the carb mount for cracks and tight clamps, checked the connectors on the wires on the carb for cleanliness and contact.
Any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot to find the cause??
Thanks.

Re: Ruckus troubleshooting help
Thanks EJ8CIVIC. Do you mean the idle speed adjustment? I tried turning that up and it did raise the idle, but the speed still "hunted" a few times then went down and it stalled.
I didn't see any other carb adjustment screws.
I forgot to mention that I removed the air cleaner hose and used my finger as a choke and that kept it running longer.
Could it be an electric control?
