Ruckus hesitates during acceleration - HELP!
 

My 2015 Ruckus has 600 miles on it, very good condition. It has always sort of had this problem and tried to take it back to the dealer but they sold it to me without a warranty, without me realizing it. The problem is that when I accelerate it is slow and sort of hesitates and jerks its way into second gear. It lags and jerks and hesitates until it gets past 25 mph. Super frustrating since I am riding in Brooklyn with a lot of stop and go and impatient cars. It also occasionally won't accelerate at all from a stop. I have to give it a push to get it going again. It doesn't stall out it just simply won't go with the engine running. Already got ripped off by one mechanic who charged me $300 to change the oil and clean the carburetor, and still has the same issue. Serious lack of mechanics that are willing to help me fix my Ruckus in NYC. Any ideas what this could be before I try and find another mechanic?

Hi i know what to try!
i had exactly the same issue. I have tried everything until i was told to try a premium gas. I did and the hesitation in the engine dissapeared!
I run the bad gas out and filled my ruckus with shell's V-power. ( i do NOT work for Shell )
have u got that gas in the states?
