Relay clicking, bike not starting
2007 Ruckus. fuel pump failed, i replaced it and now when I turn on the key, the speedometer lights up for a moment, then goes off. when I press the starter, the main relay clicks but no other activity. the battery is new and has a full charge. when i press the horn it gives a very week signal once then nothing until I turn the key off and back on again.

It does sound like the battery or the stator is the problem. Will the bike run if you use the kick starter? If it does, go for a 5-10 minute ride and when you get back home try to use the start button.
Double check your battery connections are tight, and if you can, charge up the battery. Ruckus' eat batteries for breakfast.

Weak horn and lights with a fully charged battery? Sounds like a connection issue to me. Might want to check battery connections, especially the ground and make sure terminals are clean and free of corrosion.

If the fuel pump isn’t connected, what you described happens. I have my pump disconnected from the power source and it’s doing exactly what you described. Once I connect it, it returned to normal. Check your wire connection to your fuel pump.
