More power out of a Metropolitan?

I have a Honda Metro and its slow as hell uphill..I was wondering if anyone has any tips for making this thing go a lil faster??

Swap a long case 150cc GY6 onto it. The Met motor is SUPER slow.

whats the top speed on the gy6 motors? one of my dads friends got busted driving a 49cc chassis with 150cc motor and got 3 tickets for no license,no tag,or insurance

Sounds like the problem is that they didn't have proper licensing, tags, or insurance. What does that have to do with an awesome swap?
