My ruckus won’t start I purchased it secondhand to a guy that did some modifications but I got a new battery and I connected it and it’s not doing anything I am pulling the front brake and I know that I’m using the start button correctly but I’m getting nothing no fuel pump nothing I checked the fuses they seem to be good what else could it be
