The manifold will not fit. I had a non-vtec manifold and it did not bolt up as the patterns are different.
Other than that, things will fit just nicely

hmmm, intake manifold you wont need to change. You probally mean exhaust(turbo) manifold.
fmax and drag both make manifolds for the h23. Older drag ones have been known to crack prematurely, but word is this has been cleared up with gen2&3 manifolds. These manifolds are not of the same configuration though. FMAX mounts the turbo downward, drag has the turbo mounted facing up. IC piping will need modification if not already setup for that manifold. Both are "log" style manifolds not having the best design, but it allows you to keep your AC so it's worth it.
Buying a new manifold from fmax is about $400, and usually takes about 2 weeks to make.
