What RPM does everyone launch at on slicks?
What RPM does everyone launch at on slicks, and what kind of 60ft times are you managing to get...
Just curious about the different launching styles you guys use...

When I was allmotor, I was dropping the pedal pretty hard at 6200-6300; really as close to the limiter I could get. No broken axles but a torn-up tranny and flywheel. 
I was on MT slicks 22x8x15 on stock vtec rims set to about 11-12lbs of pressure. My times were consistent at 1.88-1.90 with a best of 1.86. Man do I wish I had that on video 
This was before the turbo and phantom grip. I have not dragged since.

Thanks, that was not easy on the car though; hence the $800-900 it cost me for a new flywheel,clutch and used tranny.
Whats up with your car, when should it be running? How do you launch it?

My car is still down, waiting on rings. Shouldn't be long now. I do need a new tranny though. (At least new synchros.)
