Default TPS adjustment questions.

So my TPS is reading at 0.55 Volts closed throttle and 4.55 open throttle. Does that seem about right?

I'll give it a look, thanks. I'll keep you guys posted. I had a rough idle and stalling when at temp, TPS was changed using a used one from an Accord when she started to idle bad, swapped it out with the one I had and the idle seemed to get better. I think I am on the right track.

Sounds about right off the top of my head, but the Helms will verify that.

There are also some good write-ups on how-to adjust the TPS, although Integra based, same idea.

The thing is It's idling better now, but now when I start my car hot or cold the rpm's will climb to 2k rpm then back down to a steady 900 rpm or so, anyways when I'm driving I notice things that weren't there before I swapped the old one with this one, long story short, I had a "mechanic" change my tps cause he said it was the cause of my bouncing tach, well 7-8 months later my car was idling like crap and stalling. A light came on in my head and swapped the tps with the one that was on originally when I bought my car, I noticed a slight delay in acceleration if I come around a corner. Also the idle will change, it would climb then back down, not like an idle surge tho. Imma get a TPS off ebay and try a new one and see what happens. I thought I had it on wrong but the voltage says otherwise.
