Default Spoiler full of water?

Ok, so here's an odd one for yas... I noticed the other day when i opened my trunk that it sounded as if there was water in my spoiler sloshing around. So today i decided to remove my spoiler and give it a closer look. The spoiler is off and there's definately a crap-ton of water sloshing around inside it. But there's no way to get it out, and more importantly no way for it to have gotten in! Either honda engineers used some sort of water ballasting balance system in the spoiler or water has some how condensated over the past 10 yrs inside the spoiler, im lost here!

Any ideas? I dont think pictures will help anything but if you want them i can get them.

Remove the spoiler, hold it in pool or big bath full of water then just look at where the bubbles are coming from! Then one you found it, decide how your going to drain it and then sealit all up. Jobs a Good'n
