replacing main and rod bearings

I want to know if I can replace main and rod bearings and rear main seal with engine in car. I have the head off already I didn't spin a bearing and crank was examined by honda technician and no damage to it....reason im changing is they are pretty worn down I got old bearings out with engine in wondering if can put new ones in without pulling rest of motor out?

Yes, you can but you'll need another set of hands to help you position the crank into place to measure your clearances and torque them down.
