Default replace Prelude engine with K20Z1, or rebuild

I was just wondering, when my OEM Prelude engine gives way, if i should do a rebuild on it, or swap it with the RSX K20Z1 engine.

Both seem to be around the same HP, smaller displacement on the K20Z1, though (2.0).

I guess a newer engine would be better, but I'm not savvy on engine swapping etc, just wondering which would be cheaper, rebuilding the H22 or swapping with an RSX engine (the 210hp K20Z1.

Search the Prelude forum regarding K swaps. It's been covered too many times in the last year.
