Default power folding mirrors

can't seem to figure this **** out for the life of me. it is one of the final issues preventing me from putting my interior back together. I'll give a run down of what my car is and where I am at.

I have a canadian srv 1995 4th gen. the mirror controls are in the center console. Now on the srv's came heated mirrors. Reading the write up for the power folding mirrors it looks as if I just need to add a single black wire on the end of the connector. The mirrors plug into the stock door harnesses and have the same pin out as the heated mirrors. However, the harness I am using was from a different lude and has the mirror controls on the driver door panel like the 92-93 4th gens.

I'm really lost on what I need to do, what to wire, where to wire etc. Really noob *** at this whole install. Kind of regretting even trying to install them even though it should be simple.

Any advice from someone who has installed some, knows of write ups etc would be greatly appreciated.

I installed the setup on my USDM '94 Prelude, so I might can help.

How many wires are on the stock SRV mirrors? Or well, is it the same size plug?
The JDM and USM mirror plugs are different sizes (amount of wires).

What I did was removed each individual wire from the USDM plugs and put the JDM Plugs on the wires, so as to just reuse the stock wiring.
Then just added the wires needed to the stock USDM mirror control switch plug and plugged it into the JDM Mirror Control Switch.

It was actually quite simple, but it sounds yours might be more complicated as you have wires in the plug that are needed for the heat portion.

What harness are you using/referring too?

Actually, I still have the wiring "guide" I used when I did mine if you'd like me to send a copy of it too you if it would be of any help.
It's got the colors of the USDM wires and JDM wires, so I guess it would depend on the colors of the CDM wires, but should be able to figure it out from the placement in the switch I think.

(Off topic: I PM'ed you by the way.)

Thanks for the pm, post up the write up here. I will take photos tomorrow evening of all the wiring harnesses etc. Everything from the relay, the plugs in the mirrors, switch etc.
