Default Possible stuck front brake caliper?

Hey folks, my Prelude has developed a problem which certainly needs attended to.

The other day, I drove out onto the highway and as I ran the gearbox, I felt a shudder through the steering wheel that became increasingly violent as my speed increased. At about 80 MPH, it felt like the front-end of the car was going to explode, so I hit the next exit onto a county highway. As I slowed down, I smelled the distinct pungent odor of burning brake (or clutch?) so while traveling down this highway I would get up to speed, then slow down by means of pumping the brakes in short duration/frequent fashion (the brakes felt particularly grabby during this time).

I then drove through town which is a lot of "stop and go" and when I hit the highway back home, there was no shudder at all. I even ran over 100 MPH and the car ran smooth as can be.

So what do y'all think I'm looking at? Sticky front calipers perhaps? I replaced the rear calipers earlier this Spring so I highly doubt those are the problem (that and the violent shuddering I felt through the steering wheel).
