Default p1399 and p0301 p0302

I have the same issue but with a 00 prelude h22 motor. my issue is only on cold start ups and it needs to be cold for it to misfire and trigger the codes. luckily I'm in Chicago and weather is on my side this time. cylinder 1 and 2 are the ones missing but goes away in matter of minutes. registered p1399 and p0301 p0302.

already replaced distributor, cap and rotor, wires, spark plugs, check timing and dead on, intake gaskets, unclogged egr passages (they were clogged up) cylinder 2 injector, checked compression (readings are the same for all 4 cylinders) and coolant temp sensor.

no luck what so ever. gonna keep doing some research but really leaning towards putting an oem ect sensor and all 4 injectors.
