Default OBDII - OBD1

I have a 97 prelude (base) I just swaped in a JDM H23a VTEC (blue top, not frankenstein) I have a USDM P13 with a boomslang jumper harness. It has the OBD2 harness (no crank sensor installed) with a OBD2 dizzy (td77-U four/two prong plugs) I have NO SPARK. How do I wire up the OBD1 Dizzy (Td61-u five/two prong plugs).
