Got a 2001 honda prelude as a project vtech....someone lost the keys...so i purchased a new ignition tumbler with the transponder and decoder and also 2 black,one grey and one red key.Installed ignition....flashing Green light goes out.I noticed the check engine light does not blink when put in second position on the ignition.I hear the fuel pump prime and also see fuel from the banjo fitting at the rail.I only have spark from the coil when then ignition is placed directly to run position if stopping in 2 position and waiting then no spark but got fuel
