My car is making funny noise while tuning
as the topic says, it happens only when I'm turning right, its like some air sound "chi chi chi chi chi...." the sound is really hard to hear, but its there, sounds kinda funny... what it might be??

I'm on stock wheels, it's something from the engine bay... something like the rubber touching sound... but it's definitely not the wheels

Darn lowriders! It is probably your rubber under bumper splash deflector for rainny season guard thing. That's what happens when you race an S2K and win, the rubber guard comes off from the intense speed.....
I found your problem, coming off of the freeway on the four-leaf clover off-ramps at 70mph does make a rubber funny noise while turning!
