its cheap and the quality is ok, so im pretty happy with it. cant comment on the gains cuz i swapped the motor at the same time. dont use the bracket that bolts it to the block, itll break off, the fitment isnt perfect but close enough. its worth the price imo

h22 or h23?
If its for a h23 you'll get some gains but for a h22 its just something for some bling under the hood. If you got a h22 just clean up that stock one and save up for a rmf/hytech header.
But if your getting it for a h23, cop it and add a 2.5" collector there was a dyno gain of 10whp over the stock one because of the crappy design we get :/

Yes, H23 = Megan header good. H22 = Megan header crappy.

The collector is the part of the header where the runners come together. I believe the Megan header comes to a 2" collector which is smaller than a 2.5" exhaust that a lot of people run.

Re: (NukeeZoid)
the megan header is good for an h23 because the h23 comes with a shitty log looking manifold, as apposed to the h22 which comes with some actually decent performing stock headers, thus the h23 will benefit from a aftermarke cheap header.

Re: (ralpheezy)
i heard people put them on their f22's
i was wondering for anyone who put one on how hard was it
do you need to extend the o2 sensor what else is needed or could i just purchase the megan header and be set
