Bring your ownership to the dealership, along with ID. They'll cut you a new one. You can get a key cut from your vin number. They put your vin number into a machine, and the key is cut.
I did this a few times.

Re: Immobilizer ECU location
Thanks guys...but on my prelude 01' you have to have a ''red key'' to be able to reprogram the key which is usually lost by the 2nd/3rd owner it came with the car new kinda like a credit card key..anyway A guy on Ebay had a post that he can reprogram my ECU and cut two new keys for 145.00 So it's done and in the mail ..otherwise Honda wanted 367.00 for a new ECU and 250.00 for two keys reprogrammed plus 100.00 to get my car towed to the shop...AFTER 02' Honda/Acura quit with the red key.
