H23a Blue top vs H22a4

Have a H22A4 I/H/E Skunk2 IM thinking of installing Mahle 11.5 pistons and rods. or just throw a H23a blue top in there???

H23A blue top will make power faster, more affordable, and be reliable. Just under 1000 shipped to your door. Sell your H22, and have a better platform with the larger stroke. Mine made 218 WHP and 174 TQ I/H/E, balance shaft removal and tune. Pretty good for a virtually stock long block under $1000!
