Grinding noise when I let off the clutch..........
Its a slight metallic grinding noise, only happens when I'm starting to move and lifting my foot of the clutch. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

hmmm... if you take it to the dealership, they're probably going to want to take it apart and replace something. That's how they usually do it.
OK, this is just how I would approach the situation.
See if it causes and vibration and always pay careful attention to it. Take note if it gets worse. If it gets worse then take it to a mechanic. This site should in NO way take the place of someone who's liscenced actually listening and driving the car. Honestly it could be several things I think. I thought it might be the TOB, but it should make noise other times too. Maybe something in the way the pressure plate meets?
Any way you look at it, your car may make strange noises, some are harmless, some can cause damage. My car talks to me. It's one of those noisey cars. I don't mind because she tells me what's going on. Maybe you just have a chit chatty car.... maybe not.

mine does that , but it's barely noticeable. mechanic told me it was some sort of bearing in my tranny, but not the throw out bearing. dont kow if it'd be the same thing in your case. when my throw out bearing went out on the prelude, it was a constant noise until i put my foot on the clutch. good luck on yours.

Thanks guys. I'll be sure to mention your suggestions as to what the sound may be when I go have my car looked at this weekend.

your cars fairly new, it just might be something between the pressure plate. remeber your clutch makes clutch dust , kinda like brake dust, and you might have grinded some gears or before you bought it it might have been mistreated, whatever it might be like JG LUDER said, it can be multiple things. sounds like you might have some tiny scarp metal between pressure plate. but if it getts worst in about a week, rip out tranny and open her up
