Fuel Pump fuse, need quick answer
 

I was resetting my ECU this morning and noticed that there are two fuel pump fuses.

One of mine have a fuse in it, the other one doesn't.

If looking at the diagram from left to right. I don't have a fuse on the first fuel pump slot, but i do have one in the second one, which is right below the ECU fuse.

is this normal???? if i get no answers i'll just stop by honda and check one of the ones on the lot
