A few problems with a 1992 vtech prelude auto pls help
 

Ive got a prelude auto when cold it idles around 1500 then after 5 mins drops down to almost stalling, then idles erratically , if I stick my foot down and then suddenly release it it will stall, ive checked the plugs,cap,rotor. Is is the egr valve which i hear alot about if so what does it look like and where is it? Does anybody know how to and when to, ie hot,cold engine running, the auto fluid and how far up the dip stick id appreicate and help https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emsad.gif

honestly i'm not sure what it is... mine use to do this a fair amount.. pretty much went away.

Check your spark plugs, wires, etc.... all the small things. Fuel filter, pump, etc. If everything fails, I think "4bidden" changed his knock sensor and it fixed the problem... atleast for a day
