Dash lights!
Over the past few night drives, I have cruised with only the numbers of my dash lit up. I could not see the needles for temp, speed, RPM...
So now, just recently, I decided to disassemble my dash. I found out above the cluster is a large blue reflector area, upon further investigation, I found 2 very, very small light bulbs. They did not appear burnt up, but they were also way to small to examine, plus I was running out of daylight. I plugged the bulbs into the dash corners, where other sockets were found (these I knew were blown). They still did not light up, however. After all of this, my question is, does the dash light up properly, or am I wasting my time? I am aware this question is rather stupid. I assume the bulbs are blown.. but I have never seen one of these cars lit up. I hope to replace the overhead bulbs, and be able to see my gages properly. |
