93 VTEC is new to me. Speed sensor was out. Replaced and reset ECU. However, changing cluster over to EL. Have EL harness. Swap went well. However, prior to putting it all back in I thought I would make sure all the dash lights worked. Cruise is not lighting up on dash. How does the cruise light work? Does the light come on when the dash switch is turned on or when the actual steering wheel switch is set? I could not get the cruise to work prior to the cluster change due to the speed sensor being out. Have not checked the ECU yet but assume that it has to be functioning as well for the cruise to work.

I am leaning towards a bad bulb as I checked the rear of the cluster and got battery voltage. But strange that both bulbs are blown. The donor EL cluster and mine.

The same for the low fuel light. When I turn the key. All the warning lights turned on except low fuel and cruise. Again, car is new to me and not sure what is normal.
