Default couple quick questions, 92 si h23a

I have had a check engine light on my si and im trying to diagnose it. I read that you can jump the two port connector under the passenget side dash but I can not find this connector anywhere all I see is two blac cut wires. Everything else is connected to something. How am I supposed to diagnose the check engine??? Its just a base h23a non vtec nothing special.

Ok so I found it and am getting:
12= egr valve
23= knock sensor
20= electrical load detector

Im assuming for the first two just replace the sensors? But what about 20?

oooo, I started getting dtc 20 when I pulled my B- cable off while the car was in ACC. Was really curious about this as well. I found this post from another member on a topic about this.

Re: Code 20 ELD (greatbiggiants)
The only fix for a failure of the ELD is to replace it. You can only buy it as part of the underhood fuse panel for several Honda cars (such as the CRX). Many salvage yards can get this part, otherwise your only option is a dealer.

Thanks guys! Question about the EGR, can one clean those out and possibly she'll stop throwing the code?

normally that code means the egr valve is gunked up and needs the pindle cleaned out from carbon but it would be best to get a Bondo slide hammer and a set of egr plugs and do a full egr port AND egr valve cleaning ... keep in mind when you pull the egr plugs that you need to clean out the tiny egr ports that go from the egr down into the runners

Ok one more question. I noticed you can buy EGR delete kits? Why would anyone want to do that/can you even do that and maintain proper running on a stock tune?
