Cleaning MAP sensor on 87 Prelude

Cleaning MAP sensor on 87 Prelude
So I've been getting a surging idle issue with my prelude and I was told it could either be caused by a dirty IACV or MAP sensor. How would I go by cleaning the MAP sensor on this?

whoever said this meant: "dirty IACV, or [bad] map sensor". Not dirty map sensor. You can't clean a map sensor, there's nothing to clean. And spraying any chemicals inside it will likely destroy it.
Surging idle is usually from the FIV though, a thermo valve controlled by coolant temp. It's extremely common and is easy to fix. you simply remove the cover and screw the big plastic thing down all the way.
If that doesn't fix it, you likely have a vacuum leak somewhere
