Re: clutch for H23 (xxmastermindxx)
centerforce dual friction is good.
if you want stiff pedal pressure go
with the act-xtss clutch
resurface the stock one or get a lightened 1, its up 2 u.
i would change the rear main seal as well and buy an oem throwout brg.

OMG another clutch question again, please use the search feature!!!
Here is a good reason NOT to get ACT or Action Clutches!!!
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1697767
Nothing but good things about the Exedy Race (Stage 1) and a Fidanza 8lb flywheel. look on ebay they have a combo kit for around $360-380 depending on shipping some even have free shipping just look around.
Next time please use the search feature there are tons of treads on clutches!!!

ACT and Action Clutches make great clutches. That one was circumstantial. His pressure plate was beastly strong. I don't see that problem happening with a basic pressure plate. Anyway, the Exedy stage 1 is a little stiff, but grips well. The XTD stage 1 works well for quick shifts in autocross style racing, but won't hold well in a burnout or drag racing

Awww man, I knew if you were asking for a clutch recommendation there were going to be people who recommended clutches you won't take advantage of, and will be a waste of money.
Buy an Exedy OEM clutch. This is EXACTLY what you need: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...QrdZ1
I don't recommend getting a light weight flywheel. It's not needed for your application.

Re: (russlan44)
dont take this to the bank, but IMO get the exedy stage 2. stage 1 is basically like an OE replacement clutch, with a little bit more torque capabilities... IMO either stage 1 or 2.

Think twice about Exedy OEM or Organic "Race". I think the Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch is supposed to be a good clutch, but just a little chattery on engagement.
Here's my experience with the Exedy Organic "Race" Clutch which some of you refer to as the Stage 1.
Two thumbs down for Exedy from me. I just changed out my Exedy Organic "Race" Clutch because of problems I was having. Replaced it with a Competition Clutch Stage 4. I'll let the pictures do the talking. See if you notice anything wrong with the spring retainers on both sides of the disc.
Now you may think this clutch was extremely abused, but no. It was not. It's been installed for roughly 25k miles. There were a few drag strip trips but nothing major. I would understand if the disc just broke in one place. But look at the disc. It broke in 4 places on BOTH sides. That is just poor disc QUALITY!
Check out Competition Clutch. I have the Stage 4 in my car and LOVE it. Sounds high but it is perfectly daily drivable. No harsh engagement and the pedal feels like stock or the Exedy.

oh okay thanks man.
since I dont know how to send/recieve pm's yet and cant ask you that way, how do you like your aem cai and megan cat back?
I'm getting both parts, (i/e) and not sure what to get yet. kinda thinking apexi n1 for e, but for intake IDK yet. either aem or injen

Re: (ECX)
well everyone will say an intake is an intake is an intake.. just make sure you have a good filter like K&N or Apexi. get an ebay cai with either of those filters. the exhaust i love... people say megan racing is junk, but i love the deep sound of the exhaust. if you are getting a CAI, please get a bypass valve... i just hydrolocked my motor, and had to spend $1450 to get a h22a long block from Hmotorsonline cause of it...

say no more. I know how that stuff goes... not personally but a friend just locked his rsx-s up... pretty serious stuff.
so is the megan really loud, or pretty quiet or what?
(not trying to ask too many questions, but so far your the first to respond to my "how do you like your exhaust" question...
