My suggestion is either a stock F22 Accord engine with low boost, or take the H23 head off your current engine and mate it to an F22 or F23 bottomend, upgrade the rings, and boost it some more.

Either way, use an F series bottomend.

Thats what I am doing - option 1 with an H23 head.

Neither

Buy an F22 or F23 bottom end and use your head

Or buy an F22b JDM DOHC longblock off ebay for $500.

Sell yours.

The JDM ecu that comes with it or your H23 will also work. Use your H23 tranny.

Pretty much all the parts your would need can come off your H23a

Just buy things like water pump, seals, gaskets, fluids, clutch/flywheel, belts, plugs, wires, filters (gas/air), etc.etc...

What? Use as many F22b parts as possible. You just may need to use your sensors and stuff. I am not real sure.

I am pretty sure all the parts you buy will be for the H23 though. They are very similar.

There is a few threads here on HT about that engine if you search you can find some good info.
