blown speaker in 5th gen need replacement help
I blew the front passenger door speaker recently in my prelude. I have a ton of old speakers and I know I have 6.5s that will fit where the blown speaker is. The thing about it is that they are all coaxle speakers, not components like the factory ones are. Is there a way I can put in my coaxles and still make use of the factory tweeters in the front? I haven't taken the doors off the see what it looks like under there but I know the speaker is blown. If anybody has pics of the wiring setup that would be great.

if its really going to bother you you could use a crossover on the coaxial and still use the tweeter i tihnk if you tried just the coaxials you would be very happy with them over the stocks

so you are saying I cant just wire the tweeter along with the coaxle? I would like to use the tweeter but if I can't it's not that big of a loss.
