Default H22A4 smoking, rebuild questions

just thru installing my h22a4 swap and lucky me it smokes to high hell. did compression test and had couple low cylinders that i determined to be the rings or pistons(broke ringlands). had a couple questions about rebuilding it. is it possible like b series to remove the pistons with engine in car by removing head and droping oilpan/scattersield etc.? and what are my piston choices? arent the oem pistons coated? can i use the nippon racing oem type s type as direct replacement(beside having my rods machine for pins)? and are the rings a special type? or just use oem ring? i searched but cant find alot about oem rebuilds, or what to use piston/ring wise to rebuild. its scary when you search oem h22a4 pistons oem and a bunch of ebay listings come up trying to sell aluminum piston w/moly rings. pretty sure that will tear the cylinders up correct? thanks
