Default Base v. Type SH - outer tie rod ends

I know the rack is different, but that's only the ratio. Why do they have different part numbers? The inner tie rods are the same between the two, only the outer ones have different p/n's.

all i know is im putting a traction bar on and i was told along with a bunch of other things i have to change over the tie rod ends also. And I also saw that its two different part numbers. I have sat the parts next to each other so I couldnt say exactly what is different.

Are they exactly the same length? I'd imagine the thread sizes have to be identical since the inner tie rods are the same between both.
