Default Air Condition problem 98 Prelude.

I have a 98 Honda Prelude. Today I turned on my A/C and found out that my A/C doesn't work until it's on high. I checked the fuses and they're fine. I tried checking the cooler fan system but I have no idea how that thing works. Any ideas how I can solve this issue???

Thank you,
Jack Yang

if the fan doesn't turn on until you put it on high either then i believe the blower motor resistor is the problem. same thing happened to me on my 92 SR.

can someone else confirm this?

I found a few on ebay and you can check your local autozone shop. On ebay it sells for 26 dollars and on autozone it goes for $33.99
