Re: Acoustic Feedback System: prelude cd player error PEO (kenshi23)
I don't know what that error code is. But it will almost definitely be cheaper to just replace the unit than to repair it. You can get a used stock Honda CD head unit for around $100 if you look around. Or you can find some really nice aftermarket CD head units for under $200...
The Acoustic Feedback System in the Prelude works independent of the head unit. The AFS controller is in the back of the car by the rear speakers. You can put any head unit in there and the AFS will still work fine...

This is a fatal error in a Honda CD player... If the car is relatively new, get the dealer to replace it (arm-twisting may be required) - o/w just replace it w/ your favorite aftermarket head unit.
