The abs light goes on when your abs sensors either aren't reading correctly or are completely bad. I would check your sensors to find any frayed wires or anything. They run along the crossmembers. Good luck!

or we could check the codes find out whats wrong ourselves and save 70 bucks an hour labor. what if showtimes abs problem is completely different then thelarkascend1ng. what does the cost matter if your problem is completely different.

ign on. jumper wire to the dummy service connector. count the blinks. long blink = 1st number, short blinks = second number.
i had code 1 on my h22a cb7 accord. bad pump, so i said **** it and completely disabled ABS.

yeah, it's not really a technical answer i know, sorry.
most of the time though, in my experience and friend's, it's a sensor. getting a code = more power to you. , for that at least, i didn't do it on my own.
