PLEASE HELP.
My 98 5 speed prelude does not start! every now and then it would turn for a little longer than usual but would start right up and run fine. Today it turned turned and turned but never ran. Now i go to it and all i hear is a click and fuel pump, my dash lights are on. PLEASE HELP I MISS MY CAR

There are sooooooo, many reasons a car wont start. You're going to have to be a bit more specific on so things.

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?
When was the last time your timing belt was changed? and if it's been longer than 100,000 miles, did you pull the valve cover off to make sure your timing belt wasn't broken?
Do you have a "check engine" light on?
Are any of your TPS wires broke?
When was the last time you did a tune-up?
Do you have accesses to a scan(diagnostic) tool?
Have you ever done a valve lash adjustment and was it done to the proper clearance?

Is there anything else you can tell me?

Have you tried jumping it yet? Your starter is probably out, but the "click and fuel pump" part is probably because your battery died.
