98 prelude idle problems
So I've got this 98 prelude base model h22a4 yada yada, anyway after lots of small fixes is still not wanting to stay running, new tps, plugs, wires, Pcv cleaned egr iacv fitv, bleed coolant, has spark, dizzy works, valve adjustment good, now the timing looks half a tooth off on the cams, I did do the swap from auto tensioner to Manuel, so it was a pain to line it up but ya. Also did a compression test, 200 ish on 1st3rd4th but 2nd gets 115, so maybe that could be it. So this is the issue, after warming up car idle is rough and when gas is applied a few times it eventually bogs and dies, back fire, all that. Need some suggestions or opinions

Re: 98 prelude idle problems
It's not common for the inside cylinder to be low on compression and not one of the outside ones with it if the head gasket was leaking so perhaps your issue is more repairable than not. Your timing being off combined with the possible dead 2nd cylinder would definitely cause it not to stay running. I think you already knew the answer to your own question. You need to do a leakdown test to figure out what's wrong with the 2nd cylinder...bad intake valve...bad exhaust valve etc etc. And redo your timing.
