My daughters car hesitates and bogs down sometimes when idling. No CEL no smoke and I replaced the entire air system from intake to exhaust. The car has 174XXX miles on it. I recently cleaned out the EGR ports on it and we are the second owner with all required maintenance been done. The spark plug wires are all new the previous owner recently did a full tune up.

Not sure what to try next the car runs perfectly except for idling rough from time to time and sometimes when you get on it the throttle hesitates.

For the idle try cleaning the iacv. For the hesitation try cleaning/replacing spark plugs, cleaning the throttle body and check slack in throttle cable, clean/replace pcv, fuel filter? reset the ecu to compensate for summer conditions. Valve lash may need adjusting. I don't know, these are only ideas.

Maybe the po ran lower quality and lower than recommended octane gas before. I have heard bad things about low quality gas gumming up valves.
