96 prelude g23 build

Okay so I have accomplished this build. Took a few days but I finally have the motor set into my prelude I have everything bolted and all motor mounts bolted into place I put the driver side drive axle in and it went smoothly then went to the passenger side and attempted to do the same but failed epicly. I'm just looking for some insight from someone whom has completed this build... will the stock h22a drive axles work with this build bc I still need like 2 inches for the bolt on the bottom of the controle arm will set in place. I have lowering springs and have done a five lug conversion. Also should I have used the oil pan from the h22a block or will the f23 oil pan work? Any help would b ed greatly appreciated!!

Re: 96 prelude g23 build

Match the oilpan & pick up to your block and transmission

Some transmissions wont bolt perfectly to different gen block/oilpan combos (you cannot use some attachment points with them)

Like for example I have h22a jdm closed deck block and newer 97 transmission - that jdm obd1 oilpan didn't bolt perfectly to my obd2 transmission so we had to use obd2 97 oilpan with it
