94 Prelude vtec STOLEN from AZ
 

My friends 94 Prelude Vtec was stolen yesterday from desert ridge. It black, has 18" rims, lowered, APEXi Exhaust, DC Headers, carbon fiber altezza tail lights, projector headlights, etc. If anyone in Arizona see's a it please let me know. He just bought it less than a month ago for 7K. He's really pissed off so if I thought I would try to help by asking you guys to keep yours eyes open. Thanks!

If you are lucky the car isnt disesembled and salvaged yet

HOLY SHIZZNIT!!! I saw that exact car at Desert ridge last night at around 9:45 i just got out of a movie and was walking my lady to her truck when i saw some guys chillin around it, maybe it was you or someone else. anyways i was the same guy in the all blacked out lude that was rollin through there, then tagged vtec on the way out. you remember? or no?

When i was going to school at UTI in AZ, my del sol got broke into 9 times in a month, i hooked up an ecu switch so the couldnt steal it. im just glad i didnt bring my prelude down there, cause they love hondas. if you want to know what i did for the switch email me and i will give you instructions, sorry bro.

whoever stole it must be a pro, because the car had an alarm with starter kill. That is what wories me the most, because if they go through that much trouuble to take it, they will probably strip the car down to practically nothing. I'll keep you guys posted on what happens. Thanks

I'm here in Tucson, I'll keep an eye out! Alos, not to jack the thread, I think some of the Mazda protege drivers Iam friends with will be doing a northern az drive in may or june...last time there was two ludes, keep it in mind and we'll have a lude only drive!!

UPDATE:
 

The car was found wednesday morning in downtown phoenix. The police said that the only thing missing is the motor, but we will go and see it tomarrow. I doubt that only the motor is gone. They probably stole his 18" rims, and system. I would imagine that they stole the tranny and ecu also. I have a cousin who works at arrowhead honda and he has some good friends at import power house, so if its just the motor, he will try to get a good deal on a new motor. I am pretty sure the insurance will total it out, but we hope to buy it back and fix it back to how it was if not better. We might even have some insurance money left if we can get a good deal on parts. Hopefully they didn't take too much, but we will see it tomarrow. I will let you guys know what happens. thanks.

I'm glad the car was retrieved... but damn that sucks... hopefully the insurance money will let your friend come out on top.

I'm glad your car was recovered. Mine was stolen twice while with its preivous owner from National City, California. Hope everything turns out aliright with it.

Went to see the car a the tow yard today..cops lied. they said only the engine was gone. here is a list of what is left.

they took everything you could emagine. The insurance is going to give him $6,000 after the deductable. Going car shopping in the morning. If anyone knows of some nice cars in az for sale, please let me know. Thanks

I just found out my friend's Integra LS/B20 non-vtec was stolen on Wednesday. Damn... thieves blow.
