Okay guys so I sold one of my del sols and bought a prelude I paid 800 for it and it has a jdm h22a swap anyways so my issues one my redline is at 6400 and I believe it should be much higher my vtec isn't working I have a constant 3k idle and my cluster is dead. Please help guys I love this car! Also one more thing I'm trying to do a full leather interrior swap out of a 95 and I'm not sure how to mount the new ebrake. Like I said any help is much appreciated

Thanks man I think the idles the fitv or iac ill check those when I get home today as for the rest I'm clueless

So is the red line on the tach at 6400 ? If so, it used to be an Si (Canadian, SR) ... which is OK you can rev higher

Is the rev limiter kicking in at 6400 ? ... if so then you need to start checking CEL codes. For $800 with a swap, pull the passenger carpet back and make sure you have a P13 ECU

And I'll plug it into the computer tomorrow at work and find out what codes are poping up

Hate to ask but i am anyway, have you checked what ecu its running ?

Nevermind i guess you mean it is a p13 ecu but see what the exact ecu code it is. Check for codes and see what distributor code it has and if it has a dizzy subharness.

Ik there's random wires from the vtec solinoid going to the ecu and from somewhere else too and I'll get all the numbers off it when I get home today and let you guys know once again thanks for the help!
